Because you can have a business that doesn't cost your personal well-being.
I’ve walked this path myself.
I know what it’s like to venture into the unknown, guided only by a deeper conviction that the kind of business I envisioned was possible — a business where things flow properly most of the time, where financial goals are met without sacrificing joy and wellbeing.
A business where the team values healthy communication, where work-life balance isn’t treated as a luxury, but recognized as a foundation for sustainable success. A business where people understand that growth isn’t about working harder or longer — it’s about working smarter, with intentional strategy.
That vision is what inspired me to create The Ops Atelier.
Because I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when structure, humanity, and strategy align — and it’s a reality I believe more entrepreneurs deserve to experience.
The first few sessions with a client are always focused on analyzing the business to uncover the true root of the problems—not just the surface-level symptoms.
When you’re deep inside the day-to-day operations, it can be difficult to zoom out and get the bird’s-eye view needed to see how challenges are often interconnected.
Once the core issues are identified, I build a tailored action plan. This might involve developing new workflow manuals, leading employee training, implementing tech integrations, or a combination of all of the above.
Depending on the scope and volume of the work, I engage on a monthly retainer basis, or a long-term contract. When necessary, I bring in trusted external partners—whether it’s data analysts, fractional CFOs, or offshore teams—to help execute the strategy efficiently.
Above all, I treat every business I work with as if it were my own. Because if you don’t genuinely care about the work you’re doing—the tiny details, the thoroughness, the integrity—you’ll never build true, long-lasting success.
Because much of the work involves sensitive internal matters, client names remain confidential. What follows are real-world examples of the operational challenges I've helped solve—and the measurable outcomes I've delivered.
A law practice with 35 employees came to me overwhelmed by an inbox receiving over 20,000 emails every month. Important messages were buried, client work was delayed, and no one knew where to start.
I began by analyzing 90 days of email data to understand the chaos—then built a custom system to sort, archive, and automate it. Every rule was mapped, reviewed, and approved before I ran a large-scale cleanup and created a structure that now manages itself.
By the end of the project, inbox volume dropped by 85%, and the team finally had room to respond to what actually mattered.
A law firm receiving over 800 physical and scanned letters each month was struggling with inconsistent file naming and chaotic folder organization. They were considering enterprise software to solve it—but the setup alone cost $8,000, plus a $2,500 monthly fee that would scale with their volume.
I built a custom automation that standardized file naming, sorted each document into the correct case folder, and eliminated 75% of manual handling. No new platform required—just thoughtful design using tools they already had.
The team saved thousands in software costs, gained back hours of admin time, and had a system that scaled effortlessly with their caseload.
The founder of a fast growing company in Los Angeles was frustrated—tasks weren’t getting done, and morale was low. But the real issue wasn’t the team—it was the lack of structure. No written processes, no clarity, and employees who felt set up to fail.
I created a clear training manual, re-established expectations, and held one-on-one meetings with each employee to rebuild trust and empower them as contributors to change.
Six months later, the shift was real. Processes flowed, accountability was owned, and—for the first time in a long time—people were actually happy to come into work.
I help visionary business leaders bring calm to the chaos—blending data-driven operations with emotional intelligence.
I developed my operational superpowers through an untraditional path: I’ve been a producer, a food business owner, and a legal operations strategist.
I bootstrapped my first CPG brand (Dolccelina) to 400K organic followers within a year and built a manufacturing facility that was fulfilling nationwide orders. I relaunched a second brand (La Diucci) to 25K organic followers in just two months, and supported law firms and startups behind the scenes to structure their growth. That mix gave me a 360º view of how businesses work—and the common reasons of why they often don't.
Today I partner with founders, law firms, and growing companies to stabilize operations, optimize systems and build conscious growth strategies.
When I’m not psychoanalyzing a business, I’m walking in nature, playing sports or taste-testing new batches of dulce de leche.
